Every Big Chill appliance is built to deliver lasting performance and is backed by a limited 1-year residential warranty covering parts and labor for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

What's Covered
- Parts and labor for defects in materials and workmanship
- Repair or replacement, as determined by Big Chill
What's Not Covered
- Commercial or non-residential use, including short-term rentals
- Products moved from the original delivery address
- Improper installation or unauthorized delivery
- Misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or modifications
- Normal wear, routine maintenance, and post-installation adjustments
- Fees associated with accessing the property in which the unit is installed, i.e.: bridge, ferry, or similar
- Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, power loss, or harsh cleaning products
- Food spoilage
Cosmetic Claims
Big Chill provides a twenty-four (24) hour cosmetic warranty, beginning on the date of delivery. To be covered, the Owner must report any cosmetic imperfections within this 24-hour window and provide supporting photographs. For curbside deliveries, photos must be taken before the unit is moved inside for installation.
Important Terms
- Big Chill will repair products within the warranty period. A replacement product will be provided if a unit cannot be repaired or is damaged during shipping by a Big Chill authorized carrier.
- Service is contingent upon the availability of an authorized Big Chill technician within a serviceable area. Big Chill reserves the right to deem certain locations inaccessible for service, even if remote. Examples of locations considered inaccessible include, but are not limited to, islands, mountainous regions, rural areas, and any area lacking direct, paved road access.
